Root server cannot be a forwarder?

Another comment, .. a graduate from Computer Science doesn't qualify a
person undersands DNS .. similarly, graduated from MIT, may qualify a
person being smart, but not necessarily intelligent.

This is a BIND list and is not an exclusive club for people speaking
terminolgies.  People comes here for helps and for discussions, and
should not be intimidated by some old dewellers.
