BIND and MS DNS

In my experience, the best solution for this is make the MS DNS servers primary for the zone, use MS for DHCP, and use BIND to slave the zone. It's MUCH easier to allow the Windows domain controllers direct access to the zone.

In the long run, you'll be much happier.
