	Run "dig +norec 12.172.in-addr.arpa soa @172.16.38.71".
	Look at the flags.  For named to transfer the zone "aa"
	should be set but it isn't.  Next got to the window
	box and look at the EventViewer to workout what the
	server did not like about the zone.
