Recursion

Hi,
I have one problem...

in the site http://www.cymru.com/Documents/secure-bind-template.html have a
tip of as to configure bind for a safe recursion.
Here don't work!

I have many domains in named.conf.... and my server was dns server to my
clients...

he wanted that my server only answered definitive ips of the my network .

in www.dnsreport.com my server shows "*Open DNS servers". *How i fix this..?
