reverse ip zone delegation

I set this up following a bind howto so it's probably just a
misunderstanding on my part (the TTLs). I did figure out what was going
on with the trace and also found I had misconfigured the zone in
named.conf as well. After all this I have a better understanding even
though it took me nearly a day to catch on. Things seem to be working
as I expected now. *sigh of relief*
