FW: Logging channel: FILE NOT FOUND

This is probably the simplest question ever, but it is real and I am unable
to use any logging, which I need.  I already had done the chown below
(thanks anyway).  Can someone please help?

did you chown the file to named? It can't write to the file if it doesn't
own it.
