Moving of primary DNS servers

A meta-advice: plan. Write down the plan. Have colleagues and experts
check it.

Otherwise, follow the advices of Mark Andrews. When computing time,
think to the TTL (if the TTL is two days and you change now, do not
stop the old server before now + two days + a safety margin).
