problem with ixfr

It seems that if the slave server contains 
  ixfr-from-differences yes;
then it will force AXFR transfers from the master and independently
compute the deltas. I am generating the named.conf on the slave based
on the named.conf file from the master, with the obvious master/slave
changes. This ixfr-from-differences needs to be removed on the slave.
