DHCP/DDNS on Bind9 and subdomain on Win 2000, don't transfer

Hello,
We have s situation here:

DHCP/DDNS server is on Solaris 9. A subdomain is
delegated by a Windows 2000 server.

The problem is that the DDNS data on the Bind9 server
can not be sent to the Windows subdomain server.

On Bind9 under Solaris, the Win server delegated the
subdomain is entitled to transfer.

Please help.
