How to query subdomains?

dig 'domain' axfr @nameserver

depends. If nameserver allows axfr then yes. If it does not
then it is a tradesecret the owner of 'domain' does not
want you to know.

I wonder why he does publish 'domain' in the first place. He
should better keep it in /etc/hosts
