lost bind process?

My dns server is bind 9.2.3,but recently named process is lost,I saw the 
general log:
Jul 30 22:38:22.257 general: critical: task.c:395: REQUIRE((((task) != 0) 
&& (((const isc__magic_t *)(task))->
magic == ((('T') << 24 | ('A') << 16 | ('S') << 8 | ('K')))))) failed
