This is typically the case (and it's worse if you have several
connections per page, for instance because of images).

You can test it yourself with http://broken.bortzmeyer.fr/ which has
two IPv4 addresses, one being a bogon (only the second respond). Test
with various browsers and see if it's acceptable for you (may be only
as a degraded setup).
