Yes.  It's called slaves.  Set up a notify on the master and any
changes will be updated on the slaves.  The config file (IIRC) has an
example of this.

I'd recomend 2 books to get you started (both from O'Reilly).

"DNS & BIND Cookbook" will show you the *how*

"DNS and BIND" will make you understand the *why*
