4 second delay on lookups

I did try rebuilding the 9.2.4 with --disable-ipv6 but had similar 
problems (using tcpdump I noticed any AAAA lookup from LAN clients 
failed after 4 secs, but all A lookups executed immediately - a 
half-way-house...)

So I decided to give the 9.3.2 package from backports.org a whirl and 
I've not looked back - everything is now resolving immediately.

Usually I like to know more detail and exactly why the problem was 
solved, but this time I'm just happy that It Works :)
