Hostin Multiple Domains on the Same Server Question

When hosting multiple domains e.g., mydomain.com and mydomain.net both on 
the same server e.g., 192.168.1.3 should the NS record conform to the 
domain for example:



In mydomain.com the NS Record would be:


@	IN	NS 	nameserver.mydomain.com


with and A Record for the name server:


nameserver	IN	A	192.168.1.3




and in mydomain.net the NS Record would be:


@	IN	NS	nameserver.mydomain.net


with and A Record for the name server:


nameserver	IN	A	192.168.1.3
