Update Zone problem

Hi There .
 

 

This is my first email to this group and I hope I can be good friend to this
group 

 

My problem is:

 

I have DNS server running BIND 8.1 act as primary DNS server for my company
(ISP), before one week I received call from customer he has backup zone
definition n our server and the primary zone on his name server, that our
server does not update the serial on the zone I mean that the Serial on his
name server is 2006020301 and on mine 2006012400

 

I don't know what happened on my server, no didn't change any thing on the
server and the server is working fine without any problems 

 

so please if anyone has an idea about this help me
