Automatic refresh secondary when primary change

You need to turn on notify. In named.conf you can do this globally in
options by adding:

notify yes;

You can also do this per zone with the same line.
This has to be added to both the master and slave and you need to have
named re-read the config file either with rndc reconfig or by
restarting.
