Statistics file not working

You need to issue the command 'rndc stats' before anything gets written.
Beyond that, named.stats needs to be in the chroot area if applicable,
and writable by the user that named runs as on your server. If you just
added that line, you may need to restart named so it reads the newly
added line in the config file.
