Yes.  The following are not decimal numbers between 0 and 255:
	usnlbc
	us
	publicus
	com
	""
and therefore "usnlbc.us.publicus.com." is a bad numeric IP address.


And what's with the "Reply-To: root at allyourbasearebelongto.us"?
