TCP Receive Error

Stephen, seeing as I'm still receiving this "error", now with a different IP 
shown, is it safe to say that this is harmless?  Some DNS queries seem to 
be working but I'm wondering what I'm missing by getting the TCP Receive 
error.  Any suggestions.
