connect from ouside to internal IP

Hello,
Is there a possible to do in bind (or any dns at all) to have machine
with internal IP which has a record in bind config to connect to it from
outside the net ? I can reach it from inside, but from outside there is
host unreachable... I want to connect to my ftp serwer ftp.domain.com
from outside to machine with internal IP. I've got ftp record in my
config:
