Unfotunately, while the source distribution may come with documtation,
the end-user (binary) distribution does not, nor is the documentation
easy to find if you don't know where it is.

See the windows binary distribution :-)

(Why does a windows user need Bind? Well, not only does my ISP suffer
from cache corruption, its DNS was failing/not responding for an
evening (at least 6 hours that I know of) recently.)
