You use @ whenever the name you're defining a record for is the same as 
the origin.  If a line begins with whitespace, it uses the name from the 
previous line.  Whether to use $ORIGIN is a personal style decision, 
it's never required; it merely allows you to abbreviate names that end 
in the same suffix.
