You can't just "include" a *.key file directly into named.conf. The 
*.key file is in a different format than the "key" clause as found in a 
named.conf file. You should add a "key" clause to named.conf and just 
incorporate into it the name of the key (first field) and the "secret" 
part (last field) from the relevant *.key file.
