split subdomains

Hi,

 I have this domain libsdl.info running ok, but now i want to create 
this sub domains:

 name_of_the_game.games.libsdl.info

 where "name_of_the_game" are a lot of names of games (= lots of domains).

 Well, i know how to do this, but what i want is to put all this sub 
domains in another file.

 I do not know whether to use $INCLUDE or create another zone for this 
sub domain: games.libsdl.info

 if i create another zone it is necessary to delegate????

 Can any of you help me?????
