newbie needs help re: SBC - DNS record

It IS possible to get reverse DNS authority from SBC...

Go to networksolutions.com and define the  name servers, point them to 
the IP address of your friend..  SBC has no involvement in that, other 
than reverse lookup info.  I tried with Time Warner to get them to let 
me control my own reverse lookups.  They said no.
