Zone transfer problem

Hello;

      Thank you for your response, but "xn--ugbi3cafgce4a" is not the Top
level Domain.

The entry in the zone file of the domain name "domaine.TLD" is:

Xn--mgberik3hh.xn--mgbeli7hgb5b.xn--ugbi3cafgce4a IN CNAME
<http://www.domaine/> www.domaine.TLD

My DNS server (the secondary) can’t load this entry in the zone file from
the primary server.

-The primary server is running bind-4.9.3.

-My server (secondary) is running bind-9.3.0.

I guess there is missing the Top Level Domain.
