2-4 second delay from superuser to root servers

	Just for the record.  The reason why this is happening is
	that Solaris's sendmsg() fails to return a error when there
	is no route.  Named has to timeout rather than trying the
	next server immediately.

	Sun is aware of the issue and is working on it.
