BIND 9.3.1 chroot and channel logging (Correct perms set!)

I had a similar problem, but I was able to fix it with the help of
Jason Vas Dias.  Try the following:

# chown named:named /var/named/chroot/log
# chcon -R system_u:object_r:named_cache_t /var/named/chroot/log

Though I did not use the named_cache_t context, I used named_log_t.  It
works now.
