Inside the zone file of your zone, you should have something like:

@       6h      IN      SOA     DNSSERVER.DOMAIN.TLD.
hostmaster.DOMAIN.TLD. (
                        1128029114
                        1W
                        15M
                        1W
                        1D )

You should change it to:

@       6h      IN      SOA     DNSSERVER.DOMAIN.TLD.
hostmaster.DOMAIN.TLD. (
                        2005092901
                        1W
                        15M
                        1W
                        1D )

The SOA is the first number after the name of your Start Of Authority
name server name.
If you change it today, it should become: 2005100301
