BIND9 maximal zone file

We want run BIND9 as ENUM primary server, and do not konw what is the
maximal zone files number support in BIND9, becuase according ENUM
schema, it should have a separete zone for every E.164 number means it
may be 1 million zone files for 1 million subscribers, so the
performance would be great impact if ENUM restart or reload assume BIND
support more than those 1 million zone files, thanks.
