None of this matters. The moment the record in cache expires the server
MUST go back and ask for the record again from the authorative server.
Since nba is using akamai the nameservers are also constantly changing.
That's the whole point of short TTL's. Unfortunately people don't
understand how to use it correctly and causes a much larger overhead
on the nameservers than is strictly necessary.
