What do you intend that to do? If you're *only* doing Dynamic Updates to 
the zone, you should never need a reload since the master server always 
has the latest version of the zone in memory and on the disk. If you're 
trying to mix Dynamic Updates and manual zonefile edits, then you need 
to take extra precautions, e.g. rndc freeze/thaw, or you run the risk of
