Out of zone data errors

I'm getting the following errors in my Internal DNS error log.
 
Mar 04 08:06:33.348 general: warning: dns_master_load: db.telecompolicyreport.com:2: ignoring out-of-zone data (telecomweb.com)
Mar 04 08:06:33.357 general: error: zone telecompolicyreport.com/IN: could not find NS and/or SOA records

Mar 04 08:06:33.357 general: error: zone telecompolicyreport.com/IN: has 0 SOA records

 

The error messages lead me to think that there is erroneous data in db.telecompolicyreport.com file for telecomweb.com but I am not able to find any.  Below is a copy of db.telecompolicyreport.com.  Any help would be appreciated.
