question About dynamic ip

I've registered www.domain1.com.ar at hn.org www.(hammer node) and all
went fine .

I have adsl and Dynamic Ip . 

I added another domain www.domanin2.com.ar and have problems , because
I couldn't make it work .

I use linux and apache and all the virtual settings settings are
correct .

The problem is that I don't know how to put in the A and cname records
of the new domain to make it works .

The domains www.domain1.com.ar and www.domain2.com.ar are point to
hn.org servers

My question is : 

Would it be possible to add another domains to www.domaain1.com.ar
which is hosted in my home server and act as the domain server ?

have you guys ever use www.hn.org ?
