NS records for subzone cause BIND 9 failures

Another solution - make the BIND server a slave for the subzone.
That way, when clients query the BIND server, their queries do not 
have to be forwarded to the MS master DNS.  All of the zones I have
mastered on my MS W2k+3 DNS are slaved on my BIND servers.
