Bind 9 is slow?

Thanks, would you please help me where to use -4 switch? I am using a
packaged version from www.sunfreeware.com

It has a quite well-documented problem with trying to use IPv6 transport

even when it's not available.

To see if this is the problem try running 9.2.3 with the -4 switch.
