Is there any documentation on this new feature?  The bind9.pdf shows
nothing about it, and any release notes only talk about it being
available but not how to use it.

I'm trying to determine if updating the zone file on disk and simply
calling 'rndc reload zone.tld' will cause this new feature to do its
job.  Do I need to 'freeze' and 'thaw' the zone?  There are no bind
ddns updates allowed so I don't think I need to use those, but I am not
100% sure.
