command to list a specific domain name records..

It shows exactly what you requested "all the records for a specific
domain name". Descending under the domain name was not in the
requirments.

If you are the holder and/or manager of garanti.com.tr, you certainly
know how to see it. If you are not, then you cannot (in the very old
days, all name servers allowed zone transfers by default, but these
times are gone).
