New DNS server

Hi,

I'm setting up 2 new DNS servers (in a master/slave configuration), on a 
network that already has several DNS servers running.

The DNS servers will be used for hosting virtual domains, and I was just 
wondering, apart from having to delegate the domains to these new DNS 
servers, do they need to be 'registered' with any external body?  Or will 
simply delegating domains to the hostnames of these server suffice?
