searching a web-admin tool for virtual hosts/mailboxes/dns

Hi!

I'm searching a solution running under Linux to administer the
following:
- domain names (subdomains, CNAME, MX, ...)
- mail-accounts per domain (aliases, forward, POP3, IMAP, spam- and
virus-filter)
- virtual hosts per domain (under Apache with PHP, SSI and MySQL)

We are currently running 3 different servers for mail, dns and
virtual-webs with a set of custom-made shell-skripts and a few
php-based web-interfaces to administer them.

We are looking into Plex, but are unsure, if it will fit all our needs,
and if there are better competing products around.
