QUOTA REACHED messages...

I faced this once.  One thing I looked for was clients who were hitting 
the
server hard, using more than their share of the quota.

However, the problem turned out to be (much to my amazement) that the
nameserver in question had lost it's route to the Internet.  I'd been 
on vacation and
it had been running for days and the world hadn't fallen apart.  In 
fact, no
one had complained.
