I: Problem w startup (disperatly)

The strange think is that the directory exists and the owner is
named……..What Can I do ?????

I cann’t start bind cause of the following:

Feb 24 14:44:01 netservicea named[3344]: couldn't open pid file
'/var/run/named': Operation not supported

Feb 24 14:44:01 netservicea named[3344]: exiting (due to early fatal error)

 

Plese help me….
