The delegation from the 58.65.in-addr.arpa servers is for
130-255.240.58.65.in-addr.arpa (strangely), so following
your conventions you need something like

 zone "130-255.240.58.65.in-addr.arpa" { type master; file 
 "pri.130-255.240.58.65.in-addr.arpa"; };

Either that or ask hostmaster at level3.net to sort out their
delegation to you so that it matches what you have now.
