bind 9.3.0 problem

Hello All,

i have a problem ..
when i installed bind9.3.0 using tar ball
i installed it succefully
but it resolv the first time very very slow 4-5 secands
and in secand time it take 20msec ...
then when i installed bind9.3.0 using rpm
it became very fast and it resolv only in 1 sec for first time
and 2 msec in secand time ...
although i am sure of my configuartions
cuz same conf i used for rpm and tar pacakge ..
so can some one explain what is that ?
