Memory again

Hi List.
I have recently upgraded to bind 9.3.0

This is what I have in the Options secion of named.conf

<snip>
options {
check-names slave ignore;
check-names master ignore;
recursive-clients 5000;
datasize 85M;
max-journal-size 5M;
max-cache-size 75M;
version "port not supported";
pid-file "/var/run/named/named.pid";
allow-query { any; };
<snip>

But my server continues to die.

Top produces
24391 named     15   0  130M 106M  100M D     0.7 86.0  87:33 named

Any ideas?
This server is mainly used for caching and I am in the process of moving
the existing legacy
SOA from this server to our zone carrier.
