Solaris 10 bind-9.3.0 compile fail

	Looking at the error I would say that "ctid_t" is typedef'd
	in the Solaris 10 header files that is not being typedef'd
	in the gcc header file that is masking the Solaris 10 header
	file.  Similarly "k_siginfo_t".

	Running fixincludes (part of gcc) may help.
