DNS/Bind Blackhole - Not MX

Hi all,
I'm new to DNS, but have a question about blackholes.  This isn't for SPAM
and MX blackhole lists, but rather blackholing DNS servers that are known to
report incorrect information due to mis-configuration or neglect.  Is this
even something I should be worried about?  Is it something anyone else does
with their bind server on a regular basis and if so, is it often?  I just
trying to get a sense of the importance of it.
