Compiling Bind 9.3.1 on OS/2

Well that's the point of my efforts - to MAKE latest bind work on OS/2
:)

Found the problem with sendmsg - it's getting an invalid value for 
msg_namelen (ipv6 size - should be ipv4)

Well I've already build Bind 8.4.6 for OS/2 - which is semi current :)
