RHEL+BIND+IPv6

hi all,
the DNS server is on redhat9 box in our LAN , but we want to make upgrade our servers and go from redhat9 to redhat enterprise linux-AS4 , which uses bind-9.2.4-2 . 
my question is if RHEL AS4 and BIND-9.2.4-2 support IPv6 be default or we have to make it manually ourself ,
